Agreement

By using Cue & Paddle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Cue & Paddle is published by Magoo Media Group, referred to below as “we” and “us”.

What this site is

Cue & Paddle publishes editorial buying guides about game room equipment. We are a publisher, not a retailer. We do not sell products, take orders, process payments, ship anything, or handle returns or warranty claims.

When you click a buy link you leave this site and transact with a third-party retailer under their terms. Any purchase is between you and that retailer.

Our content is opinion and research

Our recommendations are editorial opinion based on manufacturer specifications, retailer listings and published expert reviews. We describe our process in full, including its limits, on how we pick.

We do not operate a testing lab and do not claim to have personally used every product we recommend. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a product will suit your room, your household or your needs. Please measure your own space and check current specifications with the manufacturer or retailer before buying.

Accuracy, prices and availability

We make a genuine effort to be accurate and to correct errors promptly. Even so, specifications change, products are discontinued, and mistakes happen. Content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind.

Prices and availability are set by the retailer and change without notice. Where we show a price it is the figure we last verified, with the date attached; where we could not verify one, no price is shown. The price on the retailer’s page at the time of purchase is the one that applies.

Official dimensions and regulations are cited to the relevant governing body. If a governing body changes a standard, our page may lag behind it — check the source we link to if the figure matters.

Affiliate relationships

We earn commission on qualifying purchases made through links on this site. This is disclosed on every commercial page and set out in full on our affiliate disclosure page. It does not affect which products we pick or how we rank them.

Safety

Game room equipment involves heavy objects, thrown projectiles and mains electricity. Slate tables in particular weigh hundreds of pounds and need proper installation; steel darts are sharp; air hockey tables run on mains power.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for assembly, installation and use, and supervise children appropriately. Our guides are general information, not installation instructions for a specific product.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to Magoo Media Group. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions of our content without permission.

Photographs are licensed stock images. Brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively; their use does not imply any endorsement of this site by those owners.

Links to other sites

We link to retailers, manufacturers and governing bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Linking to a site is not an endorsement of everything on it.
